We are excited to announce the launch of a new concept in the city of Mobile, Alabama. Today we are launching Mighty Creative Lab, an incubation space designed specifically for creative professionals and entrepreneurs.  The space will focus on serving those in creative roles or entrepreneurs whose businesses depend on creativity. Members will have access to resources not found in traditional co-working spaces, including mentorship from the entire Mighty team.

Mighty was founded in 2015 as a creative and branding agency in Mobile, Alabama and quickly grew into a 3,000sq.ft. space in three years. Over that time, we noticed two patterns:

• Other creative entrepreneurs and professionals always asked how we grew so fast
• Our clients were interested in letting their internal creative team work remotely from our office

With the addition of the current situation due to COVID-19, we began to see more of a push to remote working. Many companies now allow their employees to work from home, but that presents many challenges. If you have kids, pets, or other living beings in the same space, you know what we are talking about. It became clear that remote working would become a new normal, but people still need a space to escape and conduct meetings, collaborate, and focus on growing their career or business. 

About The Space

Mighty Creative Lab is an open-office floor plan that also houses Mighty. While we are opening up our space to incubate creativity, we are also taking appropriate precautions to keep the space safe. All dedicated desks already have frosted partitions and each work station is spaced. Additionally, the memberships are capped so we are only taking a certain number of members.

The lab is best suited for those who work in a creative type role. Both entrepreneurs and those working in internal marketing departments of other companies. In fact, we highly recommend Mobile area companies placing their marketing and creative talent in our space. This will allow their team to leverage our expertise.

The concept just launched and we will continuously be looking for ways to add value including training on specific topics, educational programming, and guest speakers. 

As a creative incubator, one component we are working on offering is seed funding to startups. We have always been interested in helping local startups succeed, and we are in a position where we have the ability to help these startups grow through both mentorship and financing.
